Terms of Service

Last updated: 6/5/2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using DyeForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use DyeForge.

3. Credits & billing

The Service uses a credit system. Each image generation consumes credits. Plans renew on a recurring basis until canceled. Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Taxes may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DyeForge to generate content that:

  • infringes another party's intellectual property, trademark, or likeness rights;
  • is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
  • depicts real, identifiable individuals without their consent;
  • attempts to mislead, defraud, or impersonate any person or brand.

5. Ownership of outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images you generate from your own prompts and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. Free-tier outputs include a visible "DYEFORGE — FREE" watermark; the watermark is removed on Pro.

6. Service-provided components

DyeForge software, presets, branding, and underlying models remain the property of DyeForge and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. AI disclaimer

Generated images may contain errors, artifacts, or unintended elements. You are responsible for reviewing every output before printing or publishing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DyeForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DyeForge operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
