Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6/5/2026
This policy explains what data DyeForge collects, why, and how we protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address and authentication identifiers.
- Usage data: prompts you submit, generation parameters, and the resulting images.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store a customer identifier and subscription/credit metadata — never your full card number.
- Technical data: log entries, error reports, and basic device/browser information used to diagnose issues.
2. How we use it
- To run the Service: authenticate you, generate images, deliver downloads, and track credit usage.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Third parties we share with
- Cloud hosting & database: our managed backend provider stores account data and generated images.
- Payments: Stripe processes subscriptions and top-ups.
- AI generation: prompts are sent to upstream model providers (e.g. Google) to produce images. Prompts are not sold or used for advertising.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & sessions
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Data retention
Account data and generations are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us; we will remove your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
DyeForge is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
